We arrived seven years ago expecting a temporary adventure.
What we found was a place that felt like home. The coastline, the whitewashed towns, the olive groves — all of it pulled us in, but it was the slower rhythm of life and the warmth of the people that convinced us to stay.
Living here has given us the chance to see Puglia change and grow. We’ve watched towns welcome more visitors each year, seen new opportunities emerge, and come to understand how this region works from the inside.

Before moving, our paths were very different: one of us trained in law, the other in business. Sam holds an MBA and focuses on the numbers behind property ownership in Puglia. His interest is in where demand is growing, how the rental market performs, and what that means for second-home owners.
Since relocating, he has built strong local networks and gained firsthand knowledge of how the region is changing.
Sam speaks English, French, Arabic and Italian, helping clients navigate both the financial side of investment and the practicalities of life in Puglia.
Laura began her career in law before moving to Puglia seven years ago. That training gives her a careful, detail-oriented approach to property, particularly when it comes to contracts and compliance.
Laura speaks English, French, and Italian, which allows her to bridge the gap between international buyers and local professionals.
